Terms of Service
Last updated: September 9, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Dinger Data when you use the site. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them.
The service
Dinger Data provides baseball analytics, including home run and player prop projections, matchup data, park factors, weather, and AI-generated write-ups. Some features are free and some require a paid subscription. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account. Do not share your account, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Subscriptions, billing, and renewal
- Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. The current price and any free-trial terms are shown at checkout and on the Account page.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. If you start a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from the Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law. Canceling before a renewal or before a free trial ends is how you avoid the next charge.
- Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Any change applies to future billing periods, and we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may email you (directly or through Stripe) to update your payment method. We may suspend or downgrade paid access if payment cannot be collected.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute our data or projections without permission.
- Share, resell, or provide access to your account to others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Data and accuracy
Our projections are built from third-party and public baseball data and our own models. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong, and models can be mistaken. We provide the service “as is” and do not warrant that any projection, stat, or line is accurate, complete, or current.
Intellectual property
Dinger Data, its name, design, models, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own, non-commercial use while your account is in good standing. Baseball statistics and trademarks referenced in the product belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dinger Data is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from bets, wagers, fantasy contests, or other decisions you make based on the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using the service and close your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as the disclaimers and liability limits) continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
